Sole Sneaker Co. Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, due to the curated, unique, and secondhand nature of our inventory, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or cosmetic wear inherent to vintage and previously owned footwear. Detailed photos, sizing information, and condition descriptions are provided for every item, so please review them carefully before making your purchase.

Exceptions & Qualifying Circumstances

We take great pride in our curation and inspection process. However, if a significant flaw or oversight was genuinely missed on our end, we will evaluate the situation fairly.

Returns, exchanges, or store credits will only be considered on a strict, case-by-case basis under the following specific circumstances:

  • Incorrect Item Received: You received a completely different model, brand, or size than what was stated on your order confirmation.

  • Significant Inspection Oversight: The item arrives with a major structural defect or notable discrepancy that was accidentally omitted from the product description and listing images.

How to Request a Case Review

If you believe an oversight occurred with your order, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a review. Please submit your refund request directly to solesneakerco1@gmail.com and include:

  1. Your Order Number

  2. Clear, well-lit photos of the unlisted issue (including photos of the shoe tags and the original packaging).

If your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving written approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not based on our original shipping logs. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
